2022 Agriculture Future Leaders of America (AFA) Leadership conference

Chloe Dahee Lee, BioResource Research major, was one of the two attendees funded by the Leadership Academy (LA) to represent Oregon State University (OSU) in the Agriculture Future Leaders of America (AFA) Leadership conference held in Kansas City, Missouri from November 10-13, 2022. During the duration of the conference, theye were challenged in refining networking, communication, public speaking, problem solving, among other skills to become multifaceted leaders preparing to transition to the workforce in the Agriculture sector.

Impacts: In total, there were 750 attendees, with 100 companies being represented. Chloe was one of the many attendees that was positively impacted by this experience, and excited to share this vision with others in Leadership Academy (LA) and Oregon State University (OSU) as a whole.
