The Pacific Northwest is a rousing place. It is continuously evolving; ocean and seaside pasturelands, mountain ranges and forests, river gorges and basins, Great Basin and high desert, streams and creeks, and fertile valleys. To celebrate and be inspired by this rousing place, the College of Agricultural Sciences at Oregon State University organized its 29th annual Art About Agriculture exhibition this year, embracing artistic perspectives on the theme, Ways Into the Region. This year’s exhibition will present art by visual artists who draw, paint, photograph, and sculpt and who, through their work, offer us understanding into values and deeper meaningof the region’s salient natural resources.
